Here at Vangard, we fabricate custom pipework to your exact specifications, using a range of high-quality metals. Our pipe systems are built from stainless steel, galvanised steel and aluminium – cut, bent, welded and assembled in-house for industrial, commercial, and bespoke applications.

Using both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques, our skilled fabricators create strong, accurate joints tailored to the specific demands of each project. This allows us to deliver high-integrity pipework systems that stand up to pressure, temperature fluctuations, and long-term use. To ensure total reliability, we also offer non-destructive testing (NDT) and pressure testing on all fabricated pipework—giving you complete confidence in the quality and safety of every component.
